• This role leads enterprise-wide corporate efficiency diagnostics and governance transformation initiatives. • The focus is on identifying, quantifying, and eliminating operational inefficiencies, governance gaps, and risk exposure across M365 and multi-tenant environments. • Facilitate OKR definition and executive alignment on transformation priorities. • Oversee end-to-end M365 and multi-tenant governance architecture, including tenant structures and cross-tenant dependencies. • Ensure embedding of Privacy-by-design, Security-by-design, and Data-by-design principles. • Translate diagnostic insights into executive-level decisions and investment priorities. • Provide board-level advisory on governance, risk posture, and transformation sequencing.
🎯 Requirements
• ISO/IEC 27001 Certified Lead Auditor (mandatory) • 10+ years of experience in corporate efficiency or operational optimization programs • 10+ years of experience in enterprise governance and transformation initiatives • Proven leadership in Data governance and M365 platform transformation • Proven leadership in Multi-tenant governance models • Proven leadership in Operational diagnostics and process re-engineering • Strong executive facilitation and board-level communication capabilities.
