📋 Description
• Support the coordination, planning, and execution of project deliverables • Provide assistance to project managers and project teams • Collaborate with various groups to gather project updates • Maintain budgeting information, progress reports, and risk management updates • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities • Develop project status reports and maintain communication with stakeholders • Monitor project document repositories and ensure proper organization of documentation.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in project control or related field • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planview, or equivalent • Experience supporting project managers and maintaining project documentation • Understanding of project management concepts including cost management and risk management • Experience performing business analysis activities and communicating with end users and stakeholders.
