📋 Description

• Spearhead development of AI-driven solutions for offensive security. • Design, implement and deliver scalable AI and machine learning solutions. • Develop robust AI models capable of identifying vulnerabilities, automating penetration testing processes, workflow optimization and enhancing threat intelligence. • Own and drive the end-to-end development of AI product features from ideation to deployment, monitoring and model management. • Participate in and contribute to design and implementation of AI solutions, promoting best practices. • Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and design sessions; mentor junior engineers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into broader systems and applications.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, or a related field. • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in designing and implementing machine learning models and data pipelines in production environments. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proficient in Python and strong understanding of AI and machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g. Tensorflow, PyTorch) • Strong knowledge of data management systems, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g.MongoDB). • Must be U.S. citizen due to federal government contract requirements.

🏖️ Benefits
