• You make SYNAOS visible — live, approachable and connected. • In this key role you support events from the first idea to the final booth screw, coordinating internal stakeholders, vendors and partners, and ensuring every event delivers impact — for the brand, partner network and sales. • Planning, organizing and executing trade shows, partner events, networking formats and community events — including LogiMAT, Hannover Messe, MODEX and SYNAOS-owned formats. • Developing creative event concepts for Marketing, Sales and Partner Management. • Managing external vendors (booth builders, agencies, technical teams, catering, etc.) as well as budget and timeline management. • Multimedia event communications, in close collaboration with Digital, Product and PR. • Further development of our community formats to strengthen the SYNAOS network. • Analysis and reporting: deriving learnings for continuous improvement. • Optional: If you also enjoy social media, video or content creation, you can actively shape our event communications — from short event clips to behind-the-scenes insights and livestreaming — and even develop your own formats.
• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). • Several years (min. 2 years) of experience in event management — ideally in a B2B environment or technology-oriented industries. • Hands-on mentality, strong organizational skills, and enthusiasm for creative presentation. • Strong communication and networking skills — you build relationships that last. • Confident project management — you keep deadlines, budgets and details under control. • Proficiency with common tools (e.g., MS Office, Salesforce, Figma, JIRA, Adobe, etc.). • Excellent German (C1+) and fluent English. • Willingness to travel to our events and to customer and partner locations. • Bonus: a flair for content, storytelling or social media — not required but a plus!
