📋 Description
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) with proper documentation for the B2B clients • Collaborate closely with data teams and creative agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery , high-quality execution and continuous optimization leveraging data and emerging AI capabilities • Build, test, and deploy static and automated email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder) • Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time with proper QA and compliance checks • Identify opportunities for automation, scalability and process improvement • Leverage AI (Einstein Engagement scoring, AI powered send time optimization) to improve engagement and conversion rates • Explore and implement AI tools for subject line optimization, A/B testing automation, and content optimization
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or MBA in Marketing/Digital marketing • Minimum of 2 years of experience in building and deploying B2B email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or in lieu of a degree, 4 years of hands-on-experience executing Email campaigns via email service platform • Minimum 2 years of experience in Direct Marketing Channel execution i.e., Email, Direct Mail, SMS, Mobile push/wallet campaigns • Proven experience in B2B campaign operations or marketing automation • Exposure to GEN AI marketing tools (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai, Chat GPT Enterprise, or Salesforce Einstein, Copilot) • Exposure to any enterprise email service platform: PCM/Harmony (or) Zeta Marketing Platform (or) SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) • Excellent attention to detail, project management, and communication skills • Proven ability to deliver Analytical solutions for Business problems.
