📋 Description
• Review and analyze transaction activity to detect potential suspicious activity and ensure compliance with BSA/AML regulations • Develop and maintain policies and procedures • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for process improvements • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver training • Support audits and regulatory examinations • Prepare detailed reports for senior management • Monitor regulatory changes • Investigate compliance issues • Participate in special projects to enhance the BSA/AML program
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field • Minimum of 10 years of experience in BSA/AML compliance, audit, or risk management within the financial services industry • Strong knowledge of BSA/AML regulations • Knowledge of compliance best practices • Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Professional certifications such as CAMS or similar are preferred
