• Syrve’s mission is to create remarkable, trusted tech that enables hospitality businesses to cut through the grind of everyday tasks and build a strong business advantage. • About We are looking for an analyst to join our implementation team and help deliver our solution to kiosks installed at restaurants. • Elicitation of customer-specific needs and aligning those with the capabilities of the solution for further launch (implementation) at the customer end. • Maintaining requirements across the complete solution lifecycle. • Maintain operational documentation in a manner that will help reduce unnecessary support overhead. • Liaise with the product team to triage tasks and form backlog. • Participate in launch sessions at a customer site.
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or Automated Control Systems. • Strong command of business analysis techniques. • Ability to formalize and communicate changes to business processes. • Demonstrated experience in implementing hardware and software solutions. • Technical writing skills are a must. • Experience in the HoReCa domain is a plus, specifically with iiko or similar restaurant management systems. • English is fluent for direct contact with English-speaking stakeholders. • Perfect Russian to communicate with Russian-speaking part of the team.
