âą 4+ years of experience in Product Management of customer-facing products âą Deep understanding of the current market state and best practices for KYC and UI/UX in web/mobile âą Strong experience in project management, delivering complex cross-team projects âą Nice to have: prior experience as a Data Analyst, System analyst or Project manager, combined with experience in Product Management âą Product & Project Management Skills âą Problem identification, solution design, prioritization, and planning âą Defining product vision and strategy, setting and tracking OKRs âą Building metrics trees and defining key product metrics âą Solid project management skills âą Experience in data analysis, quantitative metrics, SQL, A/B testing âą Business and system analysis skills with a broad technical perspective âą Experience evaluating the UI/UX quality âą Strong verbal and written English skills (at least B2) âą Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills âą Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate vision, decisions, and trade-offs in C-level forums.
