📋 Description

• Provide strategic input and break down complex tasks for efficient execution. • Lead user research, recruit participants, facilitate discussions and present findings. • Develop heuristic evaluations, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to address user needs. • Write effective UI copy and contribute to our design system. • Identify usability issues and prioritize improvements with product managers. • Communicate design rationales in relation to customer feedback and business objectives. • Collaborate with diverse teams and lead workshops to create an inclusive user experience. • Deliver projects on time, articulating their impact to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in UX design, with 1-2 years at a senior level. • Proven experience with low-fi to hi-fi design processes. • Ability to foster an inclusive environment and collaborate across disciplines. • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Commitment to continuous learning and growth. • Excellent interpersonal skills and expertise in Figma.
