📋 Description

• Reporting to the Manager and serving as the D365 advisor and a key member of the Microsoft team, the Senior Logistics Consultant for D365 F&O plays a strategic role in guiding our clients to optimize their logistics processes. • You will lead high-value ERP implementation projects, translating business needs into concrete, high-performing functional solutions. • As a recognized logistics expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, you will leverage your know-how to model, configure, and deploy innovative solutions that ensure operational efficiency and support client growth. • Your contribution will be direct and tangible, from initial analysis to go-live, ensuring technological alignment with strategic objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. • 10 years of ERP implementation experience, with multiple full implementations on Microsoft D365 F&O, specifically within Logistics/Supply Chain modules. • Strong expertise in logistics processes including WMS, order management, procurement/sales, and inventory management. • Proven experience leading or playing a major role in end-to-end ERP project cycles. • Ability to coach and guide clients in strategic and operational decision-making. • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management certification is a strong asset. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English to engage with clients across North America.
