đź“‹ Description

• Keep timelines, dependencies, and client commitments on track. • Coordinate the testing and release cycle across multiple programs and rollouts. • Maintain plans, run the test cycle against a live scorecard, produce documentation deliverables, and manage sign-offs. • Verify report and deliverables against specifications before release. • Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies; flag risks and blockers early. • Produce written documentation deliverables and keep them current in project management tools. • Run weekly status meetings, keeping communication clear between teams and tracking action items.

🎯 Requirements

• Project coordination or technical PM experience, ideally with government, utility, healthcare, or enterprise clients. • Experience coordinating software testing / UAT cycles and tracking defects to closure. • Comfortable running a test cycle from a live spreadsheet scorecard and a card-based tracker, with screenshot evidence and per-case status. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in client communication. • Follows detailed instructions precisely and works independently with minimal supervision. • Strong organization and proactive follow-up across multiple dependencies and stakeholders. • Excellent written and verbal English, including the ability to produce clear documentation. • Comfortable with Trello, Google Sheets, a ticketing system (e.g. Freshdesk), and wiki / knowledge-management tools. • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery; exposure to FileMaker is a plus (this is a coordination role, not development).
