📋 Description

• Own customer deployments end to end as the primary technical point of contact • Translate client workflows into platform setup and configuration • Build custom integrations, tooling, and agent configurations in the codebase • Set up monitoring and checks and balances for deployments • Help size unit economics and inform pricing • Assess and prototype net-new integrations and products

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment • Comfortable working in a codebase and familiar with APIs and their scopes • Semi-technical: able to build additional tools and configurations (no CS degree required, but a real understanding of how systems and code work) • Strong customer-facing presence, including comfort with C-suite stakeholders • Willing to travel roughly 5-30% and to work hard in a founding-team, seed-stage environment • Bonus: background as a solutions engineer, solutions architect, technical consultant, or in a technically-leaning deployment/implementation role; experience with AI-enabled workflows and vibe coding
