📋 Description

• Create engaging, on-brand email campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention. • Curate product and campaign imagery to enhance brand storytelling, leveraging efficient technological tools for visual uniformity. • Organise and execute the marketing calendar to support launches and promotions. • Work with supplier brands to coordinate brand assets, joint promotions, launches, and campaigns. • Manage organic social media content to drive brand engagement and awareness. • Coordinate with content creators to build and maintain a compelling online presence. • Track competitor activities and market trends to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge. • Ensure accurate product data, descriptions, and imagery across the site. • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure cohesive ecommerce strategies and execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content creation for eCommerce or digital marketing, ideally in the health and beauty sector. • Proven proficiency in email marketing platforms with a strong eye for engaging content. • Skilled in managing and creating content for social media platforms like Instagram. • Experience handling product data and imagery for eCommerce platforms, ideally across a mixture of brands and with Shopify experience. • Comfortable working with brands and content creators directly and coordinating assets for joint campaigns. • Strong organisational skills to manage and maintain a marketing calendar. • Strong grasp of marketing driven copy and writing in a compelling way.
