📋 Description

• Owning and updating project timelines and task boards • Ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard • Liaising with clients and keeping them in the loop on progress • Coordinating across internal teams to maintain clarity and accountability • Running regular quality control checks • Spotting gaps, improving processes, and driving operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a similar marketing operations or project management role within an agency • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Proficiency with project management tools (we use ClickUp) • Detail-oriented mindset and love for structure • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative • A collaborative, team-first attitude
