📋 Description

• The Senior Marketing Manager will lead all marketing initiatives for the client, focusing on short-term rental guests and property owners. • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain guests while strengthening the client’s reputation as a premier property management company. • Oversee all aspects of marketing from strategic planning to execution, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint. • Build and manage branding strategies for a new hotel product and create marketing initiatives that maximize revenue opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • Proven experience in hospitality or property management marketing, with a strong understanding of short-term rental markets. • Expertise in brand building, digital marketing, SEO, and analytics platforms. • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing marketing teams. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt strategies in response to market dynamics.
