• Course organization with passion: Collaborate daily with your team to develop a dynamic and inspiring learning experience for up to 25 participants that combines enjoyment and flexible learning opportunities. • Interactive teaching and personal support: Create a digital learning environment that sparks curiosity. In the mornings you deliver engaging, interactive lessons; in the afternoons you provide one-on-one support for practical assignments. • Deliver practical, impactful content: Teach skills participants can apply immediately and build a bridge between sales theory and practice. • Promote independence & motivation: Provide appropriate challenges that encourage autonomous learning and personal growth. • Sustainable course optimization: Maintain educational standards through continuous innovation. 🎯 Requirements

• Relevant academic qualification: Completed university degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field. • Several years of practical experience: Industry expertise with hands-on professional experience in sales. • Initial teaching experience: Experience with group training—e.g., as a team manager, lecturer, trainer, or coach—is an advantage. • Strong communication skills: Empathetic, open, and approachable with a friendly demeanor and enjoyment in interacting with others. • Good organizational skills: Structured and well-organized working style to present learning content clearly and adapt it to different learning types. • Digital affinity: Strong interest in innovative, digital, and modern teaching methods. • Passion for teaching: Enjoy working with learners and have a strong interest in modern adult education. • Enthusiasm for learning: You share our passion and belief in the digital sector and lifelong learning and can convey that enthusiasm. • Empathy & pedagogical sensitivity: Ability to quickly assess individuals’ needs and ensure learning success across a range of motivations. • High language proficiency: Very good German language skills, strong communication abilities, and an empathetic, respectful manner.
