📋 Description

• Design and build landing pages and microsites for internal and client use. • Create prototypes and wireframes using Figma. • Design visual assets using Adobe Suite and Canva. • Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure SEO and brand alignment. • Integrate tools like HubSpot, CRM platforms, and analytics. • Stay up-to-date with UX trends and web technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in UX/UI design and/or webmaster roles. • Proven experience managing WordPress sites and hosting platforms (WP Engine). • Strong portfolio showcasing web design, landing pages, and UX thinking. • WordPress, WP Engine. • Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva. • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP. • Google Analytics, SEO fundamentals. • High creativity and visual intuition • Ability to translate abstract ideas into actionable designs. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented. • Certification in Web Development or Digital Marketing. (Nice to have) • Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways. (Nice to have) • Experience managing domains, DNS, and other internet infrastructure topics. (Nice to have)
