• Talkiatry’s mission is to transform psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. • We’re a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment. • 60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible. • 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low, and paperwork is unduly burdensome. • With innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need. • Talkiatry is seeking experienced licensed Therapists, including social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists (LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LPCs, LCPCs, LPCCs) to join our team of providers.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience caring for diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. • Excellent clinical knowledge,communication and organizational skills. • Ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes • Engage in continuous improvement by seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of care. • Practice to the highest ethical standards in your discipline • A commitment to high-quality, accessible, cost-effective health care.
