📋 Description

• Provide the best, high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for your patients. • Collaborate with our dynamic team of Providers including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to diagnose, manage and treat our patients, employing a wide variety of interventions and modalities. • Work independently and collaborate with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff. • Utilize our custom technology, including an integrated EMR, to support providers with patient messaging, track patient progress, and gain insights into outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience caring for diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. • Excellent clinical knowledge, communication and organizational skills. • Ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes • Engage in continuous improvement by seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of care. • Practice to the highest ethical standards in your discipline • A commitment to high-quality, accessible, cost-effective health care. • Two or more independent and active state licenses.
