📋 Description

• This role will support execution of workflows and operational processes that enable Tandem to fulfill its mission of expediting access to critical medications. • The work involves direct interaction with systems and procedures that affect the experience of both patients and providers. • The position is entry-level and requires quickly learning and applying complex operational processes. • It involves regular engagement with real-world healthcare scenarios, particularly around prescription access and coordination. • The role offers exposure to the challenges and pace of an early-stage company and provides a valuable opportunity to develop a detailed understanding of how the U.S. healthcare system operates from an operational perspective. • This is a remote contractor (40 hours / week) position, and we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.

• Have experience in a role that requires analytical problem solving, operational rigor, and outcome ownership • Know how to deal with ambiguous problems and effectively resolve • Able to master new complex technology tools quickly and work with data
