📋 Description
• Own a product area end-to-end — discovery, roadmap, prioritization, specs, and delivery for enterprise workflows • Run continuous discovery with enterprise customers • Write clear, well-scoped product specs in an AI-assisted development process • Navigate platform modernization constraints • Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success • Connect product work to business outcomes • Engage directly with enterprise stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in product management with end-to-end ownership of a product area in a B2B SaaS environment • Proven ability to partner with Engineering without translation • Track record of running discovery as a discipline • Experience with complex enterprise workflows • Real estate, facilities, lease administration, or adjacent enterprise SaaS domains preferred • Operates in an AI-native workflow • Strong prioritization instinct • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field — or equivalent experience
