📋 Description

• Provides construction-related technical and administrative services on designated projects • Provide technical support for any construction-related matters • Observe construction activities at the project site • Process project communications between contractor, client, and designer including requests for information, submittals, design clarifications, and change order requests • Maintain online project files and document tracking • May prepare quantity take-offs and estimates for change orders • Assist with interpretation of project plans and specifications • Assist with the preparation of claims and claim evaluation to determine merit

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture • 2 years of similar technical experience • Skilled in presenting complex data, verbal and written, to diverse stakeholders • Member of 1 professional organization • Working knowledge of Office 365 • Knowledge of Procore or similar construction management software and Primavera P6 scheduling software is desirable
