📋 Description
• Lead the design and implementation of quality assurance protocols • Design and oversee specialized quality protocols for data collection • Master the "Human-in-the-Loop" for Hardware • Drive thought leadership with customers on data quality goals • Act as the primary point of contact for customer discussions • Foster a high-performance culture • Implement new methodologies for improving data quality
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of Data Quality leadership experience • Deep understanding of LLMs, Generative AI workflows • Proven ability to design and lead quality assurance processes • Strong analytical skills • Strong communication and leadership skills • Experience developing scalable systems like "golden datasets"
