• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for our marketing automation platform, Pardot/ MCAE • Support other marketing tools, ensuring all systems are integrated with Pardot and operating efficiently to meet marketing goals • Oversee the technical configuration of Pardot, including connectors with Salesforce and Google • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the marketing platform, integrations, and email deliverability • Design, build, and execute end-to-end marketing automation campaigns • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the platform • Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to continuously improve campaign performance
• Proven experience as a Marketing Automation Manager or a similar role • Deep, hands-on expertise with a marketing automation platform, preferably Pardot • Strong understanding of marketing technology, email marketing best practices, and lead management processes • Experience with Salesforce CRM and its integration with a marketing automation platform • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills • Salesforce Certification or Trailblazer badges required
