📋 Description

• Grow TD Canada Trust’s customer base through real estate-secured lending facilities • Develop business by targeting mortgage brokers, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence that can generate referrals • Organize your work schedule to maintain the desired work-life balance • Strengthen your sales skills and credit knowledge through sales-focused training • Work closely with the Sales Manager, including through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions • Use a sales management system designed to support success in the sales channel

🎯 Requirements

• Highly motivated candidate with initiative and exceptional sales skills • Independent and self-directed professional who enjoys building new business relationships in a constantly changing, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and client relationship management skills • Previous knowledge of retail banking or the credit approval process preferred • Postsecondary education is an asset • Fluency in a language other than French is not required for this position in Quebec
