📋 Description

• Manage projects with moderate to high level of regulatory oversight • Provides leadership, direction and coaching to teams • Partnering with business and executive stakeholders • Typically leads delivery of Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects with moderate to high complexity • May manage a number of projects at any given time

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree • Project Management Certification required • 10+ years relevant experience • Comprehensive knowledge of project management practices and principles • Exposure to financial management for tracking, forecasting, and managing project budgets • Strong negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills • Strong facilitation skills • Commitment to team skills development • Ability to think strategically and possess strong business acumen • Ability to create and foster a cohesive team and promote a positive work environment • Proven ability to stay focused under pressure • Experienced change agent to guide cross-functional teams • Ability to cope with rapid change
