📋 Description

• Teamified works with top enterprises and digital native businesses in Australia helping them build their remote teams in India, Philippines and Sri Lanka. • We pride ourselves with hiring great teams to work on exciting game changing technology. • Teamified currently has 200+ engineers, testers, product managers etc. working across 20+ partners. • We focus on uplifting the way organisations build and manage their remote teams through great working relationships, trust, integrity, culture and hiring processes. • We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior AI Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. • As a Senior AI Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions to enhance our products and services. • You will work closely with our principal software engineer and platform software engineers to create cutting-edge AI models and algorithms. • Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop our Teamified AI data architecture & API using Python (Django Framework) and other relevant python libraries • Manage our RDBMs [SQL], NoSQL [MongoDb] and Vector [Pinecone] databases and conduct proper data governance & research • Collaborate with our leadership, product experts and software architect to integrate AI solutions into our Teamified Platform • Optimize AI augmentation models, context builders and prompt builders for performance, scalability, and efficiency. • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and data engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in AI data engineering. • Proficiency in Python and Django Framework and other relevant tools and technologies. • Good-to-have skills: RAG Orchestration Pipelines, LangChain, Vector Databases, PineCone, • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
