📋 Description

• Oversee configuration, security, and operational integrity of platforms; deploy, maintain, and optimise cloud infrastructure and DevOps toolchains. • Monitor platform performance, security, and compliance; respond to alerts and manage potential vulnerabilities. • Manage and optimise corporate services platforms such as identity and access management, email systems, collaboration tools, remote access solutions, and device management. • Act as first point of escalation for platform-related issues across infrastructure, DevOps processes, and security. • Respond to security incidents, mitigate risks, and conduct post-incident analysis. • Mentor Platforms & Security Support role and provide technical guidance to build operational skill set. • Develop and update technical documentation to enable self-service for internal users. • Engage with internal development/feature teams and external vendors to align platform capabilities and ensure smooth operations. • Report to the Director of Platforms & Security and collaborate with Platform & Security Support, development and feature squads, and other internal customer support teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, service integration and automation tools. • Extensive experience in securing cloud environments and applications, corporate services, incident response, and proactive vulnerability management. • Experience working in process driven environments with ability to identify and uplift gaps in ways of working. • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot platform issues independently. • Ability to define, document, and implement security and operational processes that enhance platform reliability and security. • Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and contribute to technical documentation. • Mindset focused on scalability, efficiency, and creating seamless, self-service-ready environments. • Willingness to mentor and guide team members, fostering continuous learning.
