• About Teamified • Teamified works with top enterprises and digital native businesses in Australia helping them build their remote teams in India, Philippines and Sri Lanka. • We pride ourselves with hiring great teams to work on exciting game changing technology. • Teamified currently has 200+ engineers, testers, product managers etc. working across 20+ partners. • We focus on uplifting the way organisations build and manage their remote teams through great working relationships, trust, integrity, culture and hiring processes. • Additional to this we are building our own technology product offerings. • We strive to deliver the best outcomes for our customers, our partners and our people. • Job Summary: • Our client is a leading Australian B2B fintech company that delivers embedded transactional funding solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). • Founded in 2015, they enable fast, flexible, and secure access to capital by integrating directly into existing platforms and workflows. • With a focus on invoice financing, upfront commission payments, supplier payments, and business loans, our client empowers businesses to improve cash flow and drive growth. • Their plug-and-play technology provides instant funding at the click of a button, with a seamless user experience and minimal disruption. • Role: • We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with Fintech Industry experience who can work closely with the engineering team to deliver software testing best practices. • Responsibilities: • Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and identify test scenarios. • Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test suites to validate software functionality. • Utilize defect tracking and management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla to report and track issues. • Participate in CI/CD pipelines, integrating testing suites to support continuous delivery. • Conduct API testing using tools like Karate to verify backend functionalities. • Maintain and update automated test scripts to adapt to changes in software features. • Analyze test results and provide feedback to stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of issues. • Contribute to improving testing processes and implementing best practices. • Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across different environments and browsers. • Support UAT and production release cycles, ensuring seamless deployment and minimal defects. • Document test evidence and maintain traceability to requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role, demonstrating proficiency in automation testing. • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Experience in test plan development, test case creation, execution, and reporting. • Familiarity with defect tracking and management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively. • ISTQB or similar certification is a plus, showcasing a commitment to quality assurance standards. • Familiarity with automation scripting using Cypress and Selenium, with proven ability to develop and maintain automated test scripts. • Experience with API testing using tools like Karate is an advantage. • Proficient in using Cypress and WebdriverIO for front-end and end-to-end test automation. • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Java-based frameworks. • Experience working in Agile environments, actively participating in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives. • Skilled in using GitLab and Jenkins for CI/CD integration. • Solid background in testing both web and mobile applications (Android and iOS).
