• Develop and implement brand strategies that align with company objectives and target audiences • Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to maintain consistency • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, competitive landscape, and e-commerce opportunities • Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to drive brand growth • Monitor brand performance through KPIs, analytics, and reporting • Lead internal brand communication and training to ensure alignment across the organization • Drive innovation in brand campaigns and identify opportunities for brand expansion
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field • Advanced English Level • 3+ years of professional experience in brand management, digital marketing, e-commerce or related roles • Strong understanding of brand management principles, digital marketing, and e-commerce strategy • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, AI Platforms and CRM systems • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media strategy, and content marketing (desirable) • Experience in B2B, IT, or e-commerce environments (desirable) • Experience working with international markets and multicultural branding (desirable) • Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and brand storytelling (desirable) • Knowledge of market research tools and methodologies (desirable) • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST) • Must be able to work from home, have a quiet workspace, and have a computer and headset in good working order
