Then join our winning team and help us create a world that works better. • To strengthen this vision, we are looking for a dedicated Solutions Engineer who will help customers unlock the full potential of TeamViewer ONE. • In this role, you will design and demonstrate solutions, showcase the platform’s value across different use cases, and support enterprises in adopting remote connectivity and digital workplace capabilities at scale. • As a (Senior) Solution Engineer, you will be a key technical & business partner to the UKI & EMEA Sales Team for enterprise accounts, responsible for demonstrating the value of our software solutions to prospective and existing customers. • You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that address the unique challenges of our customers' IT environments. • Develop a deep understanding of our IT software solutions (TeamViewer One – Tensor and DEX), including their capabilities, integration points, and value proposition for enterprise customers. • Partner with the UKI Sales Team for enterprise accounts and meet client CXO’s to identify customer needs, challenges, and objectives, translating these into impactful solution demonstrations and presentations. • Architect, develop and deliver innovative impactful compelling demos and presentations tailored to specific customer needs and C-level audiences. • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concept (PoC) / Proof of Value (PoV) engagements to showcase the value and ROI of our solutions. • Act as a trusted advisor, working with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Customer Success, and R&D, to ensure solutions meet customer expectations and technical feasibility. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive solutions, and evolving IT technologies to provide thought leadership to both internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar role within the IT software industry, selling to Enterprise Accounts • Experience with endpoint management and supporting technologies including device lifecycle, compliance • Exposure to DEX (Digital Employee Experience) technologies or initiatives a distinct advantage • Expertise in enterprise software solutions, preferably in IT integration, data analytics, cloud technologies, or industrial IoT. • Strong understanding of large enterprise environments, including typical challenges, architectures, and decision-making processes. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in front of CXO’s, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience with enterprise-level Proof of Concept (PoC) / Proof of Value (PoV) engagements and solution design. • Proficiency in modern tools and platforms (e.g., cloud infrastructure, virtualization, APIs, and middleware). • A team player with a collaborative mindset and a customer-first approach. • Fluency in English is mandatory, additional languages are a plus • Keeps up to date on current trends in the IT industry and continues his education
