• Be the main point of contact for providing guidance to strategic customers. • Work with customers to outline key performance metrics and utilize the platform for optimized workflow. • Formulate strategies and deliver results. • Nurture, expand and retain a strategic customer base. • Understand clients' business and digital marketing goals, set expectations, and assess needs for full system adoption. • Develop customized strategic plans and proactively monitor progress. • Conduct strategic outreach focusing on adoption, retention, or revenue drivers.
