📋 Description

• Lead and grow the data modeling function within Business Data & Analytics • Own the data models and transformation layer • Mentor a high-performing team of analytics engineers • Partner closely with Finance-aligned Data Analysts • Establish data engineering best practices and modeling standards

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data, with 3+ years in analytics engineering or a closely adjacent function. • 5+ years of people management experience. • Deep, hands-on expertise with dbt. • Strong Snowflake proficiency and ecosystem. • Experience partnering with Finance, FP&A, or business operations teams. • Fluency with Tableau or comparable BI tools. • Track record of building and maintaining semantic/metrics layers.
