• This is a remote position. • As a Senior Sales Advisor at TechDemocracy, you will be at the forefront of digital identity transformation, hunting sales within new large enterprise accounts across Canada. • Your expertise in consultative selling and deep knowledge of cybersecurity services, particularly in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and Security Transformation & Integration Services, will be pivotal in building strong client relationships and closing high-value deals.
• Minimum 10+ years of consistent employment within consultative sales, direct field sales roles, with a focus on driving new customer wins and regional development in the Enterprise IT space. • Extensive experience in the Identity Cybersecurity sector (IAM, IGA, PAM) and GRC. • Experience partnering with our software vendor partners. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding annual sales quota targets. • Experience in engaging with the C-suite and demonstrating strong executive presence. • Bachelor's degree preferred.
