📋 Description

• Develop and maintain user-facing features with clean and reusable code • Collaborate with the design team to ensure pixel-perfect UI and a smooth and intuitive user experience • Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements, scope and prioritize features to ensure timely delivery • Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability • Optimize for speed, scalability, and performance • Review code and provide technical feedback to team members • Mentor and coach junior frontend engineers. • Participate in agile sprint rituals such as standups and planning. • Write and maintain internal technical documentation. • Debug and resolve production issues. • Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences aligned with business goals • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in frontend development and explore new technologies • Refine product requirements, translate them into actionable milestones, and deliver technical solutions that align with product goals • Provide insights on product direction based on technical feasibility and performance considerations • Contribute to making architectural decisions for long-term flexibility and success

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on building dynamic and responsive web applications • Expert understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem, specifically around React, TypeScript, and testing frameworks • Expert understanding of user-centered design principles, design systems, and responsive design • Demonstrated experience in improving web application performance • Strong communication skills and experience working in a collaborative, Agile environment • Bonus points: experience with DataDog, server-side rendered applications, and CMS-driven applications.
