• Collaborate with Client Success counterparts to ensure smooth program execution. • Set up and maintain programs in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry. • Create and edit landing pages in Unbounce. • Develop client-facing reports using Infogram. • Assist in preparing proposals and analyzing lists for proposal development. • Generate custom ad hoc reports as needed. • Respond promptly to Client Success counterparts to ensure timely task completion. • Own behind-the-scenes administrative tasks while counterparts focus on client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and multitasking abilities. • Quick learner eager to become an expert on B2B marketing strategy and programs. • Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM tools. • Advanced skills in Google Sheets or MS Excel. • Excellent communication skills across email, phone, and in-person interactions. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work effectively during U.S. business hours. • Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection. • Employer work visa sponsorship and support are not provided; must be authorized to work in the Philippines at hire and maintain authorization.
