• Customer Service Representative is responsible for creation customer centric team culture that supports corporate strategy and focuses on providing the highest quality of customer service • Develop a strategic customer mission and training program • Evaluate customer service in company environment, and set company performance standards • Manage calls: process missed, lead/customers call and process tickets • Assist users and answer questions • Support applications: Stay up-to-date with application updates • Navigate the team through new features in the app • Reproduce bugs • Test new features before deploy • Create documentation
