📋 Description

• running complex programs and projects, from the design and development phases and supporting production and deployment. • Effective planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and management of work requests and related tasks utilizing strong and pervasive project management experience • Understands project requirements from both a business and a technical standpoint and serves as the liaison between business users and the project team • Demonstrate skills to assist with project resources and cultivate strong customer relationships • Build effective relationships and collaborate multiple stakeholders and vendors to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance • Operate under high degree of ambiguity. • Ensure that stated and unstated goals, business issues, concerns and priorities are surfaced and understood • Measure project performance and report progress to business unit leadership team. • Develop strategies for contingency planning and risk mitigation; identify and solve project issues effectively • Translate customer experiences into clear program requirements and execution strategy, perform supporting research and analysis, prioritize initiatives, and drive the end-to-end execution. • Able to assist with the management of contractual, financial, and personnel related issues associated with project delivery • Assist with performing project resource management and capacity planning to make optimal use of resources • Establish high-performing teams and be able to collaborate within and outside the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar position • Experience with project management experience in planning, estimating, resourcing, executing, monitoring, and managing mission critical systems. • 4+ years delivery excellence experience • Proven experience towards data driven decisions, insights, and analytics, for improving processes and building efficiencies. • Proven ability to create effective relationships, listen, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and be the voice of the customer. • Has experience to deliver high quality products/projects within budget, scope, and schedule
