• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and finance tasks for clients. • Organize daily tasks in Karbon, a practice management system. • Interact with clients from time to time. • Collaborate with senior staff for client operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment with US-based clients. • College degree required. • Proficiency in cloud accounting technologies with at least 2 years running payroll, paying bills, and handling all day-to-day transactional duties. • Ability to manage deadlines across multiple clients. • Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members. • Humility and openness to coaching and critiques. • Keen attention to detail and obsession with accuracy. • Joy and a positive attitude in all communications.
