• Levantar requerimientos funcionales con áreas de negocio y traducirlos en soluciones sobre Salesforce Service Cloud. • Diseñar y documentar flujos de atención, casos, colas, reglas de asignación y procesos de automatización. • Configurar componentes estándar (objetos, page layouts, validation rules, flows). • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo y QA en la implementación de mejoras. • Capacitar usuarios finales y brindar soporte funcional post-despliegue.
• 3+ años de experiencia funcional con Salesforce Service Cloud • Experiencia en configuración de procesos de atención al cliente, gestión de casos, enrutamiento, SLAs, omnicanalidad o knowledge base. • Experiencia trabajando con equipos técnicos (devs, admins, QA) y stakeholders de negocio. • Español fluido, tanto escrito como hablado. • Residencia en América Latina y disponibilidad para trabajo remoto.
