📋 Description
• Lead and mentor the DevOps Tools Support team. • Manage workload distribution, priorities, and escalations. • Own, optimize, and maintain the toolchain: Jenkins, Git (GitLab/GitHub/Bitbucket), Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, Artifactory, etc. • Ensure reliability, performance, and compliance of the entire DevOps stack. • Collaborate with security and compliance to align on governance. • Onboard new teams into the DevOps ecosystem. • Promote CI/CD and DevOps standards across engineering teams. • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and tool integration. • Evangelize modern DevOps practices: Infrastructure as Code, containerization, observability, etc.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles. • Strong hands-on experience with: Jenkins, Git (Bitbucket/GitLab/GitHub) CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) Docker, Kubernetes AWS Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK. • Experience leading a DevOps support team or platform team. • Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance in enterprise environments. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Ability to work autonomously and influence organizational change.
