Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal (in the required language). • Ability to type 30 words per minute and pass our language/grammar tests. • Reliable high-speed internet at home, with a wired connection. • Professional and/or personal experience in technical troubleshooting. • Experience with iOS, smartphones, tablets, PC or Mac. • Strong curiosity about technology, a passion for learning, and willingness to share knowledge with others. • Use analytical skills to isolate and resolve complex technical problems using an appropriate troubleshooting methodology. • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools to research, understand, and provide real-time solutions to customers. • Thrives in a team environment: seeks and provides expertise, offers constructive challenges, and helps others succeed. • Energy and enthusiasm to master the current role, a desire for challenge, and motivation to develop skills within the organization. • Remains curious and eager to learn in pursuit of professional excellence. • Effective time-management strategies, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, organize, and balance workload. • Able to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment. • Accepts repetition of basic tasks while being willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed. • Strong professionalism: remains positive, calm and composed under pressure.
