📋 Description

• Provide short-term counselling to a varied client base with diverse issues, through phone and video sessions • Manage administrative requirements using clinical templates and technology tools that simplify note-taking • Participate in team meetings and peer groups where open discussions are encouraged

🎯 Requirements

• A master's or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field • A registered member in good standing with the OPQ or OTSTCFQ (master's level required) • At least five years of clinical experience • Ability to set short-term goals and use a solution-focused approach • Empathetic with the ability to manage crisis or high-risk situations • Strong time management skills to manage a high volume of clients • Access to a confidential workspace • Proficiency in French required, bilingualism is an asset
