‱ Ensure clients achieve measurable value from TAC's software and services ‱ Deliver a world-class, customer-centric experience ‱ Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and other cross-functional teams ‱ Build deep relationships with clients to understand their objectives and challenges ‱ Proactively manage client relationships ‱ Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions ‱ Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional products/services ‱ Resolve customer issues and escalations

🎯 Requirements

‱ Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) ‱ Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English ‱ Proven experience in customer-facing roles ‱ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ‱ Strong problem-solving skills ‱ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities ‱ Familiarity with Retail Execution and Trade Promotion Management software ‱ Ability to analyze data and metrics
