âą 8-10+ years of progressive experience in solution architecture, business consulting, or professional services within enterprise software or SaaS environments âą 3-5+ years in a leadership role managing consulting, professional services, or implementation teams âą Proven CPG industry expertise with strong understanding of consumer goods functions including demand planning, sales, finance, trade spend management, accruals & settlements, and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) âą Track record of building and scaling high-performing teams with demonstrated success in hiring, developing, and retaining top talent âą Client relationship management experience at executive levels with ability to influence and advise C-suite stakeholders âą Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, or business unit performance metrics âą Excellent communication and executive presence - ability to present to senior leadership, facilitate workshops, and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders
