âą Professional Registration: Registered as a Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counsellor (PACFA or ACA level 3) with 3+ years of experience. âą Counselling Expertise: Proven ability in short-term counselling. âą Clinical Skills: Experience managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and anger. âą Communication Experience: Prior experience in face-to-face or telephone counselling. âą Organizational Skills: Strong time management and problem-solving abilities. âą Technical Proficiency: Comfort with IT-based case management systems (training provided).
