🎯 Requirements

‱ Professional Registration: Registered as a Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counsellor (PACFA or ACA level 3) with 3+ years of experience. ‱ Counselling Expertise: Proven ability in short-term counselling. ‱ Clinical Skills: Experience managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and anger. ‱ Communication Experience: Prior experience in face-to-face or telephone counselling. ‱ Organizational Skills: Strong time management and problem-solving abilities. ‱ Technical Proficiency: Comfort with IT-based case management systems (training provided).
