âą Provide counselling by telephone or video to clients of the TELUS Health Employee Assistance Program, as needed; âą Work as an independent provider, according to your availability; âą Complete administrative follow-up on case files using the clinical templates provided.
đŻ Requirements
âą Master's degree in counselling, psychology, or social work; âą Member in good standing of the OPQ, OTSTCFQ, or OPSQ; âą Minimum of five years of post-master's clinical experience; âą Ability to set short-term goals and use a solution-focused approach; âą Able to manage crisis situations and high-risk cases; âą Good knowledge of community resources.
