🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Finnish, with excellent spoken and written English • A passion for luxury travel, lifestyle, and delivering truly personalised service • The ability to work independently, calmly, and with finesse in a fast-paced environment • Confidence, discretion, and a problem-solving mindset • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, travel, or a customer-facing role is a plus
