📋 Description

• Lead product design for AI/LLM tools, translating business objectives into actionable features. • Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate requirements sessions, and present design strategy to executives. • Design intuitive AI-assisted workflows and user interfaces, balancing automation with user control. • Rapidly prototype, iterate on designs, and collaborate closely with engineers on technical feasibility. • Participate in Agile delivery, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and sprint goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product design, including cross-functional roles (PM, Designer, Design Lead) • Experience with AI/LLM products: prompt engineering, RAG systems, context management, AI UX • Technical fluency: API design, data models, system architecture • Agile/Scrum experience and collaborative pair design/programming • Expert in Figma and rapid prototyping • Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and task prioritization • Portfolio showcasing complex, technical product work
