📋 Description

• Foster a culture of ethics and compliance across the organization • Develop, implement, and maintain a global compliance program • Lead a team of compliance professionals across regions • Conduct compliance risk assessments and audits • Develop and execute global Compliance Action Plans • Coordinate and oversee medical device compliance-related activities • Serve as a key advisor on compliance matters • Manage the company-wide complaint system and conduct root cause analysis • Develop and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor required from an accredited school within the region • Minimum 15 years experience in relevant compliance work • Minimum of 8 years of management experience in compliance in the healthcare industry • HCP/HCO and third party management experience required • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and U.S. and international healthcare laws • Exceptional English language proficiency, both written and verbal • Proven track record of working successfully with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds • Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with other attorneys and teams • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in relevant software applications
